To meet the mobility needs of this period, six buses are active on some days Frecciarossa in addition that they will travel between Milan, Roma e Napoli, and double-composition trains to double the available seats. On dedicated days, along the Adriatic coast, two additional connections will be activated between Milan and Pescara, in addition to two connections between Bolzano and Pescara on 1, 4 and 31 May and 2 June. Furthermore, on the dates with the highest passenger flow, an additional eight trains will stop in Riccione, for a total of 12 connections per day. On the days with the highest demand, between 25 April and 2 June, are provided new extraordinary departures for six Frecciarossa trains that will travel between Milan, Rome and Naples, and double-composition trains: a solution that allows for doubling the seats available for travellers. From 18 April, four FrecciaLink connections will also be available – the service created with dedicated buses in connection with Frecciarossa – to and from the excavations of Pompeii and Sorrento, with departures from Milan, Reggio Emilia AV, Bologna, Florence and Rome.
