Open Fiber – continues the press release – “also announces that the Board of Directors, having taken note of the resignation tendered by Dr. Rossetti, has decided to co-opt Engineer as Board Member. Joseph Gola, simultaneously granting him the powers as CEO of the Company. The Eng. Gola boasts significant experience in the telecommunications and network infrastructure sector, having been, during his career, CEO of Acea SpA, CFO of Wind and having also worked in Enel".
