The new service launched by Banco BPM, You Plan Business, dedicated to all businesses, even small ones, allows for more effective remote management of banking operations thanks to innovative Business Financial Management.
With YouPlan Business, companies "will be able to simplify their daily operations and access useful insights and forecasts processed automatically through artificial intelligence engines", said Luca Vanetti, Marketing and Omnichannel Manager of Banco BPM, and added that "in the coming months YouPlan Business will evolve further and thanks to the account aggregation function (AIS) it will be possible to include movements and balances held with other intermediaries in PSD2 logic, and to make numerous functions are available directly from mobile with our Youbusiness app.”
How YouPlan Business works
The service offers functions such as, for example, the categorization of movements, the reconciliation of invoices, the identification of recurring movements based on description, frequency, time range and amount, the possibility of setting thresholds for each category and monitoring the overall budget of projects. There will then be the ability to import and view invoices in YouBusiness Web through connection to management software for companies – even with simplified methods for customers of the TeamSystem partner – and request advance payment or make payment.
The new features of YouPlan Business, present in the new menu item "Financial Management" of YouBusiness Web, are already available to a first set of 25 customers. The release to the rest of the customers will continue gradually over the next few months, to then be completed by the end of the summer.
The activation of these new services, completely free, takes place automatically for customers who operate on the YouBusiness Web platform and who today represent around 80% of business customers.
