Bpm bank e Axpo Italy have signed an agreement that will allow the Italian subsidiary of the Swiss energy giant to monetize up to 30 million euros of tax credits relating toeco-bonus 110% introduced in our country with the relaunch decree. In particular, the beneficiaries of the transaction will be Axpo Energy Solutions Italia SpA, the energy service company of Axpo Italia active in the energy efficiency business, which transfers its tax credits to the Bank on a non-recourse basis. The company will thus be able to "optimize its funding sources and acquire resources to increase its market positioning", reads a note from Banco Bpm.
