In home Banco BPm, after a rather heated confrontation that lasted weeks at risk of breaking up, l arrivedagreement with the unions relating to welfare. The agreement, which the employees had already expected in December, was signed yesterday evening (29 February) and provides for a prize of 1.800 euros for all the credit institution's workers, with an increase compared to the previous 1.500 euros. Furthermore, an initial amount of 5,8 million euros will be disbursed, corresponding to 300 euros for each employee, to be allocated to a progressive harmonization of the differences that still exist, particularly in the area of social security and healthcare.
“The agreement signed today on the subject of the welfare bonus, which sees an increase in its overall value compared to last year, constitutes a concrete recognition that the group wanted to attribute to the commitment of the people of Banco Bpm, who gave a essential contribution to obtaining the extraordinary results achieved in the last financial year” he says Roberto Speziotto, Human Resources manager of the Milanese institute. “The foregoing, together with the agreements reached on training and attention to work-life balance, strengthen the basis on which to build a future full of equally important goals to carry forward together”.
A control room was created to harmonize the different forms of assistance
They are present in the Group at the moment four different forms of healthcare and two different forms of social security, inherited from the different banks that over time have come under the umbrella of Piazza Meda (Popolare di Verona, Popolare di Lodi, Popolare di Novara). This is why one was also created control room to reconcile the differences.
“A first but significant step has been taken towards solving the age-old issue of disparity in healthcare treatments healthcare and complementary pensions within the group. Fabi: negotiation on the verge of breaking up

The renewals of the days of voluntary abstention paid at 40% and the expansion of smart learning were also signed, he underlines.
