The assembly of Bank Ifis approved the attribution to the board of directors of the delegation for thecapital increase dedicated tovoluntary public purchase and exchange offer on all the shares of illimity Bank, announced last January 8th. The board of directors was also renewed.
The extraordinary and ordinary assembly, therefore, approved the 2024 financial statement and the consequent distribution of a dividend balance equal to 0,92 euros per share. Ernest Furstenberg he is in the presidency and Sebastien Egon von Furstenberg to the honorary presidency.

Green light also given to the renewal of the board of directors and to theexpansion of the number of councilors from 13 to 14 who will be in office until the meeting for the approval of the budget at 31 December 2027.
