Il Czech government recently approved the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2030 (Nais) del Ministry of Industry and Trade (Mpo), with the aim of maximizing the potential of AI for the benefit of the Czech economy and society.

The strategy identifies priorities and objectives for 2030 and defines actions in seven interconnected areas:

  • research, development and innovation;
  • education and training;
  • implications of AI for skills and the labor market; 
  • ethical and legal aspects; 
  • safety;
  • industry and business; 
  • public administration and public services.

Opportunities for Italian companies in AI in the Czech Republic

The Nais, which provides the strategic framework for the development and use of AI in a reliable way, will be implemented through a investment plan amounting to approximately 19 billion of Czk and will be updated annually to respond to the evolution of the context.

In this context, the opportunity for the Italian companies in the AI ​​sector they are many.

First of all, collaboration with academic institutions and research centers represents a fundamental starting point for the development of new innovative solutions, facilitated by the possibility of participating in projects financed by European bodies and local governments.
