The marathon to spread the culture of inclusion in our country, promoted by TIM, which involved more than 300 partners in 190 digital and non-digital events ends today

4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, the TIM initiative for corporate inclusion ends today

The third edition of the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusions, the largest inter-company marathon held in Italy on the diversity andinclusion. Over 300 partners shared 190 digital events, over the course of 4 consecutive weeks, broadcast live and on demand, with over 3 million views on the content produced, 190 hours of live broadcast total and thousands of social interactions. Hundreds of guests including CEOs of leading Italian companies, artists, journalists, representatives of the world of culture and influencers.

These are the numbers of the great success of the initiative which since 14 November has promoted an interdisciplinary debate aimed at enhancing diversity. “There is no equality without inclusion. Let's open up to diversity, inside is all the beauty of the world”: these are some sentences from the video on the values ​​of inclusion, narrated by Ariadne Sacripant, which opened the programming of all days.

The closing event of 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, moderated by Monica D'Ascenzo (Il Sole 24 Ore), is available live and on demand on site of the event and on the Il Sole 24 Ore website and represents an opportunity to retrace the best and most exciting moments of the four weeks together.

After the opening greeting of Maria Enrico Danese, Head of Institutional Communications, Sustainability & Sponsorship at TIM, the works include the presentation of the research "Where are we at with gender equality", carried out by Ipsos with the 300 partners of the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, presented by the Chief Executive Officer Nicola Neri and commented by Barbara Falcomer, General Manager of Valore D, from which it emerges that around 58% of the partners have had Corporate Social Responsibility programs for several years, which ranging from corporate well-being, to gender equality and environmental sustainability. In particular, among the initiatives linked to the promotion of gender equality, the Ipsos research focused on the actions in support of fatherhood implemented by the partners: information and awareness-raising meetings were organised, the days of leave envisaged by law were increased and the salary percentage. Overall, these initiatives help to increase people's motivation and improve the company climate.
