Phase two will officially begin on May 4. There are many shops, businesses and services that will finally be able to reopen, despite the Government having decided to stagger the restart on four different dates (April 27, May 4, May 18 and June 1) subject to confirmation on the basis of the trend of coronavirus infections. In fact, according to what the Premier said Conte in the disclosure to the Chamber, if the numbers are positive, the Government could decide to push the reopening accelerator.
MAY 4, PHASE 2 STARTS
According to the numbers provided to the Corriere della Sera by the manager of task force for phase 2, Vittorio Colao, there will be 2,7 million citizens, plus the public administration, who will return to work after two months of lockdown in which some have taken advantage of the possibilities offered by smart working, others have instead been forced to remain stationary, waiting to be able to resume their jobs. Another 1,8 million instead started working again on 27 April. We are talking about the workers of companies in the manufacturing sector, whose activity is mainly aimed at exports, and some companies in the construction sector. Among them are the employees of the big names in the industry: FCA, which reopened the Melfi and Sevel plants in Atessa, Brembo, which gradually restarted the Curno, Mapello and Sellero plants, Whirlpool in Naples and Ducati in Borgo Panigale.
On May 4th to reopen its doors will be activities active in the building, manufacturing and building construction sectors. Green light also to the wholesale trade linked to these sectors, while retail trade will have to wait for 18 May. As it is known, for bars and restaurants, phase two will start on 1 June (unless the Executive decides to anticipate) but, in the meantime, from Monday 4 May the Government has opened the takeaway service, in addition to the one already active in many Regions of home deliveries. Citizens, in line with the new travel rules, they will then be able to go buy food and take it home.
THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS TO BE RESPECTED
Commercial activities, businesses and services that will reopen on May 4th will have to comply with the safety protocols envisaged by the Government to avoid a new increase in Coronavirus infections.
According to the document updated on April 24 and signed by the unions, it will be mandatory to use masks and distance the workstations in the common areas. The environments will have to be sanitized. Where possible, remote working should continue to be encouraged and holidays and leave should be recommended. You will need to provide gel and gloves. Companies that do not comply with the rules, risk the temporary suspension of the activity.
Also established a construction site protocol. The temperature must be measured before access. A health facility will have to be provided for large construction sites (over 250 units), while access to common areas (including canteens and changing rooms) will have to be limited. The premises must be continuously ventilated, the parking times reduced and a safety distance of at least one meter must be respected between people.
for transport and logistics companies Instead, it establishes:

I ask, but could an activity like a musical academy with individual lessons and respecting all possible precautions start lessons again?
I really think so.
At least, strictly speaking, I understand it that way.
But while in the annexes of the previous dpcms the sub-categories of the athec codes were also considered, in this one does having put only the main one make it clear or not what are sub-categories?
Example: activities with code 95 are included, therefore those with code also reopen. 95.25?
Thank you.
